LQC technology: Direct-to-chip cooling implemented via rack-mounted CDU units connected to a central fresh-water supply. Reserved for high-density computing servers such as high-end GPU and CPU servers.

• max. 10 kW into air-cooled racks
• max. 30 kW into liquid cooled racks
